One step at a time, and one foot in front of the other. I’ve talked a little about my daughter who is now in her last two weeks of basic training. She had to go on this long ruck where she had to carry nearly half her body weight. 😩 She’s a tiny little thing.

Hmm… It’s still morning as I write this but I can say that a few things are out of the ordinary because my life has been changing. Call it the ‘new normal’. We love those words, don’t we? 😜 My five foot one daughter is away at basic training right now. 😩 NOT normal. I
