Here’s a sneak peek of my upcoming novel, Entangled (Tangled Moon Book Three):
…He turned his senses to Kendra, the sound of her breaths heavy as she felt his thirst and his turmoil. He knew her need, understood what it would be like for her when he arched back her neck, and his fangs pierced her skin.
He hated himself.
He needed her, and all he could give in return was the sick, sadistic pleasure of a beast.
Love of a woman had gotten him into this, and now he was using one to make him feel like a man again…
Edits are coming along well for this book, and barring (knock on wood) any catastrophes, it should be up for preorder in February!
I’m still enjoying it, and the characters, of course, but Kendra and Alessandro are emotionally raw, and it’s a lot, even for me. And as most of you know, I get real with all the feels. I’m a little drained from these two, and might need to take a short vacation—more like a staycation—once I’ve gotten this book out for preorder, so I can let my nervous system recover.

Now for the fun part. I wanted to share with you a selection from an upcoming novel in my Tangled Moon series, unedited. This is straight out of my head. All the chaos for all to see!
… She fingered through her hair, seemed to hesitate, then took up a hair elastic and pulled it into a ponytail, showing her scars, scabbed over from a few hours before.
She was making sure Sabine knew she had just come out of his bed.
“She knows we’re together,” he said, standing and going to her.
“Did you tell her we were bound?”
Well, no. Not because he was embarrassed by it, but because it wasn’t his habit to give away too much information, too soon.
Her face fell.
He reached for her but she pulled away. “Catherine.”
She swayed, shaking her head to clear it. He hadn’t meant to influence her. It was just that every time he said her name it went straight to her head. It was part of their bond, one decided for them that moment she’d walked into him on the street a few months ago.
They were still trying to figure it all out… 😊🤭❤️🔥

Just kidding. I won’t make you guess. I’ll just tell you. 🤭
I’ve been watching Ragnarok on Netflix.
It’s a Norwegian fantasy drama, filmed on location in Norway. The setting is beautiful, the acting brilliant. Yes, it has been dubbed from the original language, but honestly, you don’t even notice it after a few minutes.
It’s set in the modern era, and follows the story of a teen boy who discovers he’s Thor reincarnated. Along the way, others join him, Freyja, Tyr, Loki, Baldur, Odin, Heimdall.
The giants are out of control, and they have to stop them.
It’s primarily a coming of age story, with plenty of drama, action, and suspense.
There’s a lot of detail too, so I might go back and watch it again later, to pick up on any of the finer points I may have missed.
I’m really enjoying it, and it has nothing to do with Thor looking eerily like my son. Well, okay, maybe that does skew things slightly in its favor! 🤭
