Love.
I’m guilty of it too. I love this, I love that, I love them…
Really though, love is a serious word that we should reserve for just a few people, pets, or things.
Using it too much just seems to decrease its value and that’s a problem, because what could be stronger than love? (Hate?)
Ah… there is a fine line between love and hate. I learned that one the hard way. I never knew I could hate anyone, but thankfully I was able to reel that back in. Don’t need that on the soul!
But, love… yeah, I can he how it’s become watered down. I use alternates: luv, wubs, heart, etc. when talking to people I care for. I haven’t said the “L” word to anyone besides my children in a long time.

It’s definitely a word that is used flippantly by people. If you say you love chips, is that the same as the way you love your pet when you say you love that, then you say you love your partner but isn’t that the same as what you feel for about fried potatoes and a dog or cat? 🤷🏽♂️ I love that, I love this. No no no no no. You don’t love these things you just like them. Love is the most powerful emotion in the universe
