I might get myself into trouble for this but my comfort food is a corpse. 🤷‍♀️

Sorry vegans. Maybe look away now?

I heard somewhere that beef has some enzyme in it that can calm you down? Not sure if that’s true or not, but it does make me feel all around better, stronger, and more able to tolerate the crazy of life when I eat it.

    Steak is good but my go to is typically plain pasta with some butter or maybe Italian dressing. I’m also quite fond of sugar cookie dough.
