What bothers you and why?

Right now, everything, but that might be the hormones talking. Ok, I know, TMI. But seriously, some days I’m chill, some days I want to punch someone in the face. And then there are the days where I want to punch everyone in the face.

I haven’t, fortunately, because I don’t want to go to jail. Or break my wrist for that matter.

I’m not the type to whine but it’s not easy being a forty-something female. Maybe a punching bag would help. 🤷‍♀️

  1. Hey… don’t feel bad! I keep saying that I need one of those rooms where you can go in and smash everything up! That would be glorious! Physical activity is a great way to get aggression out; you just need to find what works for you, and the “wanting to punch someone in the face”… ehh… may or may not reduce, but hopefully ❤

    Your honesty always enthuses me, and is a good example for me. I struggle with seeing my feelings clearly, a work in progress. I would say it’s fairly normal as a human being to want to punch someone in the face. Maturity means we don’t. 🙂 A punching bag sounds inviting!

    I’m nothing if not honest. 😂 since I haven’t hurt anyone yet I guess that means I’m mature, or at least mature enough.

  9. Right…..Hormones can really throw us for a loop. A punching bag sounds like a great idea! It could be a perfect outlet for those intense days😄
