How do you know when it’s time to unplug? What do you do to make it happen?
I gave up on social media. It’s stupid. No offense; it’s a personal opinion. This blog is my only form of social media. I do listen to YouTube while I’m busy doing other things but I try to educate myself with it. Granted I do get swept in by the occasional funny cat video, but I try to keep it to a minimum. 😽
(My cat made me do it, I swear.)
Beyond that I really don’t spend that much time online. It isn’t hard for me to do these days since, as I said, I decided it was stupid anyway. 😂 It wasn’t adding anything to my life, just taking it away.
