
My preference is long walks in nature, especially in the woods or by any kind of water. Where I live it gets crazy cold and the wind will just about take your skin off (or at least freeze it solid).
So I lift weights too. It’s easy enough to do at home with some free weights, it doesn’t take that long, and best of all is that it works.
I don’t mind it. It’s better than a lot of other things I could be doing, but I still take that long walk whenever it’s feasible.
