What strategies do you use to cope with negative feelings?

Music.

I will and have used meditation but music takes away the angst. It gives me a safe outlet for my emotions without having to self-destruct or to blow up at another person.

It glues the broken pieces back together–enough that I can pick myself up off the floor, dry the tears, and fight another day.

Sometimes I need that.
