Shrugs. “The Cure, Pink Turns Blue, Echo and the Bunnymen, Twin Tribes, Cold Cave, House of Harm, Dancing Plague, Ash Code…”
“Never heard of them, and The Cure Sucks. You’re not goth.”
“Wait. Why?”
“Because you don’t listen to Marilyn Manson.”
“I didn’t say I never listen to him. He has a few good songs, but he’s not my go to. I’m into post-punk, not shock rock.”
“I knew you weren’t goth. Besides, you’re too nice to be goth.”
