
Vegans look away.
I’ve said this before and I’ll give my disclaimer again. Please, always do what’s best for your body. Due to allergies I began a carnivore diet over two years ago and for me it’s been wonderful, but it may not be for everyone.
Now onward:
- Beef – in any form although ribeye is my favorite.
- Cream – absolutely essential for coffee and tea (which yes I still drink because I don’t have any adverse reactions to it).
- Cheese – I prefer mozzarella but I like to mix it up too. Last week I bought a huge wedge of parmesan cheese.
- Eggs – nature’s vitamins, or so they say.
- Irish Butter – fat soluble vitamins, including vitamin A, plus it tastes good.
Try not to get too grossed out. LOL. I’m used to eating this way, and my heath checks out better than ever.
