Five things Iโm good at:
Writing, especially romance and umโฆ sex. (Am I allowed to say I think I can write? Itโs probably pretentious of me but I love what I create so Iโll say it anyway.)
Which leads to number two: Iโm stubborn. Thatโs not always a good thing but when it makes me stick to something regardless of whether or not the odds are for me, then Iโll count it as a blessing.
Three: As someone close to me told me recently, Iโm good with setting boundaries with people. That was learned. After being used, and used, and used, I finally got a clue.
Four: Giving people the benefit of the doubt. Sounds contrary to having good boundaries, but I believe anyone can mess up here and there. I know I do. It all comes down to whether or not theyโre trying. If theyโre not, then itโs time for a boundary.
Five: Umโฆ now Iโm struggling. Is there anything else Iโm good at? There must be, right?
Okay, I asked my husband and he said Iโm good at organizing my household for the benefit of my family. Cool. I didnโt even know that, or that my family saw me as an organizedโclears throatโhomemaker.
