The best is hands down Read the Fucking Manual (RTFM Podcast) because the hosts bring a sharp queer analysis to their show, and they’re also funny af. This show more than any I’ve listened to has me asking important questions about my own game design, and I appreciate their modesty despite spitting fire all day every day.
Between Two Cairns is great for the host chemistry, and even if I’ll likely never play most of the modules they speak about, it’s good to know what’s important to read for my own development as a game designer who primarily writes adventures.
For fun, NWTB Podcast is an Actual Play that does Mothership games (the system I write for, primarily). Goofy Australian “dude” chemistry, and high production value.

As an economist, I generally like podcasts that talk about economics, so I listen to two different ones: the economist and planet money. They both generally talk about economics, but the economist looks at world events and case studies, while planet money usually just finds some niche economic principle and researches why it happens and how to explain it. They’re both really interesting, and I recommend a listen
