I’m still hoping the best is yet to come.
There are times when I get nostalgic about when my kids were little, or when I was dating their dad, but I wouldn’t want to go back there, because I’ve learned so much in life and I like that I can draw on the ups and downs to—hopefully—create a better future for myself.
*Also, I think my fiction has improved with time, and since I don’t have much in the way of a life outside of that, 🤪 I’m happy with the skills I’ve developed over the years.*
