What have you been working on?

I have this fantasy. After throwing in the towel with Amazon, and being disenfranchised by the commercial publishing industry (most romance novels are written my ghost writers after all) I decided to pour myself into this blog while turning my two series: Tangled Moon and Worth Fighting For, into ongoing story lines.

I hoping eventually I can take on paid subscribers and release these stories in installments, with narrations of course, because I really like recording them.

I’m not sure how long it will take to build up enough of an audience to make this feasible. I’ll keep working on it.

All I can do is walk by faith and not by sight.

    I ❤️ U for this. There’s nothing wrong with becoming disenfranchised with the commercial publishing industry. It might be the only sane way to go. Plus, you do have an audience. It’s right here. I’ve had more attention and interaction with writers since I started this blog than any agent or publisher ever gave me. Punk Publishing Forever!

    Oops—I meant to say “disenfranchised from” followed shortly by “disillusioned with”—and we all need to ask ourselves what means more to us: contributing to that all-consuming, self-perpetuating, never satisfied thing called the money-go-round? or the true joy that is having someone actually read your stories because they want to?
